  I'm looking for a competent programmer with amazing communicational skills for a project I've been developing for the last year. I was working with a programmer but he was too unreliable, so now I'm looking for a skilled programmer to finish the job he started. We are about 90% finished - just need someone to finish up the website. If you're a good match, you will be responsible as the dedicated backend developer, and will be compensated accordingly.
  
  The website is a website for people selling their house by themselves. Our gross profit projections are $14,500 for the first month and increasing by about 40% / month.
  
  I am a web designer / developer so I'm not a pain to work with; I know exactly what needs to be done and I don't have ridiculous expectations. I am the front end developer for the site.
