Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

• Required Knowledge

  should know how to create a webpage from a PSD. Add twitter/rss feeds and API's, ecommerce sites, etc.
  
• Additional Info

  I am a designer who has some knowledge of web development, however I prefer to design.
  
  There are multiple jobs I would like to approach; however I am not confident my developer skills can handle the tasks.
  
  I am looking for someone who is willing to work out pricing for their development costs based on bids I am wishing to fulfill. I am open to negotiation on almost all bids.
  
  Communication can be through Skype or email. I prefer someone in the US to save from the delay due to time zones more than 3 hours difference.
