Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for a few jobs

  We are a small start-up that develops a weather application used by millions of people. We're looking for a graphic and web design contractor for a variety of projects:
  
  1. designing a new set of small weather icons (for example, images that are shown on sunny or rainy days)
  2. polishing the visual design and layout of our widget and website (both in HTML/JS/CSS)
  3. designing large weather images that are animated with HTML5 canvas
  
  If things work out we would be interested in a long term arrangement since we have many projects in the works.
