Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Looking for a designer/programmer to help support the expansion of our online presence. We are a wordpress-based business and have several existing sites that need updates as well as helping setup new sites.
  
  Some of the tasks that you'd ideally be helping with include:
  - Making CSS/PHP theme updates to Wordpress
  - Setup and maintenance of new Wordpress sites, including creating and adjusting themes according to requested design.
  - Testing of new website functionality
  - Making website backups
  - Trouble-shooting technical issues on bugs and things that are not working correctly
  - Graphics design changes, such as upgrades to buttons, banner ads, etc.
  
  Looking to secure a long term partnership as there is plenty of work to be done :) Please include rates and portfolio examples in your reply.
