Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

• Required Knowledge

  I am seeking a Designer with good skills geared towards web design, it would also be useful if you have working knowledge of table-less design in HTML and CSS. Jquery is a bonus but not essential as I can do this. Please no Flash examples, it takes to long to load and is an SEO nightmare. HTML and CSS only.
  Design skills are essential! At least a knowledge of photoshop, fireworks, gimp, inkspace, paint shop pro or other design package.

  I run a small security consultancy from my 1 bedroom flat in east London and have done for about 4 years now.
  I have a degree in network security (BSc hons 1st class summa cum laude).
  I have nearly 15 years experience administering *nix systems (Linux, Mac, ect).
  I have nearly ten years experience with php/mysql (5 years for-profit, 5 years for charities).
  I have 8 years experience with Perl and 5 years experience with TCL/TK, python, 5 with Java (J2EE/JSP) and 3 with assembly.
  I have recently developed and enhanced my skills Ruby on Rails.
  
  I have very strong backend experience and feel I could off you and your projects alot.
