Designer looking for a Designer for a few jobs

  Strong grasp of grid-based design, well versed in Web2.0 visual style

  I am looking for a motivated individual with a decent amount of experience in designing Web2.0 flavored web sites. For the most part, your work will be extending the basic visual look handed down by the art director across multiple grids and layouts to accomodate the variety of pages our site requires. All your responsible for is Photoshop (PSD) mock-ups. Our onsite developers will handle all the coding.
  
  This is an hourly pay opportunity and may lead into more projects.
