  I'm in need of someone to work full-time. This will be 8hours a day 5 or 6 day week. That can be negotiable. I want to start with this and if the person is really good in the work then we will provide bonus and increments. I'm looking for people from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Philippines or Vietnam.
