Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Looking for a designer to create the front end look of a website - NO CODING REQUIRED - only the psd's. There will be about 10 pages to design, the front page is already done, colors are already set, you will just have to implement the design into the other pages as well.
  
  Ideal candidate can work fast and respect deadlines. Looking for someone who can start asap.
