Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am looking for a partner that will embrace a major web 2.0/enterprise 2.0 project and become as passionate about it as I am. This person should be an expert in web application development. The project can be created in whatever language/framework this co-founder deems most appropriate, but with that said you must be an expert in many different languages and frameworks. Projects in the same industry as this are created in PHP or Ruby on Rails, so vast experience in either is mandatory. Project management experience is a big plus as you will quickly be recruiting and leading an agile development team. Creative design experience is also a plus, but not completely necessary as we can find someone easily later on for that. I would also prefer someone within the ages of 23-34, but if you are the right person with the right drive and experience then this is a non-issue.
  
  This project has the potential to be the next big internet phenomena.. and the idea started in Dallas/Fort Worth from the mind of a marketing professional. Not a programmer/developer. I do have experience in front-end web development using XHTML, CSS, Javascript, and Photoshop. I also have very basic experience in JAVA. However, my talents come in on the business front. I have increased advertising budgets from $40,000 a year to over $300,000 in one case and $1.5 million to nearly $3 million in another. Most of my previous accounts being with Fortune 500 companies. I currently live in the Dallas/Forth Worth area, but am willing to move to San Francisco/Palo Alto, Portland, or Seattle to work on this project with my partner if need be. We would have extremely little start up capital at the onset, but I would be working extensively on that front.
