Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I'm a serial entrepreneur with a proven record of success looking for an advanced or skillful programmer capable of being a technical cofounder to a new startup and potentially fill a CTO role.
  
  This is a mutual partnership I am seeking and ideally you should be able to support yourself without further income and be able to dedicate full time to the startup as needed. Startup life can and is rough so I expect you to come in knowing this.
  
  Ideally looking for someone with strong web development skills and the ability to learn new code fast. Will not only do web dev but also mobile and FB app development as well. You should have a strong passion for programming and this should naturally be a hobby for you.
  
  W3C compliant programming and secure coding is a must. Although not required, ideally you will have some experience with sys admin functions, strong database design skills, hopefully UI design skills although not required, and hopefully experience working with other programmers, potentially be team lead and knowledge on SVN and Zend Framework.
  
  If you lack some of these abilities, ideally you're the type that can pick things up FAST.
