  we're looking to build a website like freelancer.com, elance.com or odesk.com
  it will be a website for freelancers, bidding on projects...
  we're lookinf for someone who can develop such a website as soon as possible, maybe using a cms or a ready made script or something.
  budget is up to $4000 which is negotiable, but the most important thing is the timeframe - i'm looking for someone who can create it really fast.
  
  please tell what time you need to complete this project and what is the budget required. looking forward to start as soon as possible. also, we're looking for a reliable developer (or team) who can respect the deadlines (we already started this project once with a developer, he said it will take 1 month to complete but after 1 month the website was only 30% completed).
