Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I'm looking for a designer to well..design websites for me.
  You design and I code.
  
  I would be using this work to build my portfolio (you will be credited for all artwork). I'm not really looking to pay a designer for this, rather, service exchange, so perhaps a designer who is also looking to build his/her portfolio would be the best fit. If you are in the process of creating a portfolio, I can code it if that's something you'd be interested in.
  
  Location is not an issue. Can talk via email, aim, skype, etc...
  This (obviously) is not a professional business or anything, so no need to be formal.
