Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I have a client i would like to move over to another developer because of time constraints, i have too much work eeek.
  
  The clients provides a good regular source of work and has a couple of large projects they would like doing in addition
  
  I will act as a help to start of with to explain the systems in place for his current websites.
  
  Preferably UK based programmer with advanced programming experience would be preferable.
