Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I'm an interactive designer looking to find partnerships with various web developers for both small and large projects. I'm currently looking at jobs on various freelance job board sites and would like to be able to come to you with the project description and then be able to get quotes from you. It would be nice if you lived in the Bay Area so that we could possibly build a more personalized working relationship.
