Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  i'm looking for a talented PHP programmer (or team) with time on his/her hands and who can work fast and provide results.
  i want to create a website on a platform that already exists (it's php based) and which needs some customization and improvement. a little knowledge of html is needed as you'll need to code the front end of website too (the designs are already done).
  there will be a per project budget which will be discussed with the programmer(s) and also you will get a share of the profit from our website.
