  We are an early stage startup with the need to engage a Ruby on Rails programmer to make Payscroll the number 1 site for salary research! You will be working with data (over 500,000 records of Salary/Job profiles) and other features that we have planned for the site.
  
  Just a quick background on what we are doing. Payscroll.com is targetting the job search market that are searching for the "How much am I worth?" question. We hope to help our target users and be the place to go to for salary information and research. At most salary information site, you can only get a general breakdown of statistics of various positions within a locale. Payscroll will allow users to see salary information associated with most US companies.
  
  And on to compensation. The price we have attached here is a goodwill of $200. We expect the candidate to work hours as needed for all tasks till launch day. Why this is a goodwill compensate? We will be actively seeking early stage funding once we got to our public beta release and we are confident that we will see funding coming in real soon once we get to public beta. Once we secure funding, the candidate will receive a bonus based on the performance. And we value talent and if you are a good fit for the team, we will bring you on as a full time remote staff and will even consider dishing out some form of equity to the right candidate.
