Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am Vivek. 4 of us have started building the world's first social networking site for part time jobs. This will have some of the advanced features like rating mechanism and push based notifications.
  
  We have already roped in Dan Spiegel(ex Vice president - Citi group - linkedin - http://www.linkedin.com/in/danspiegel) as one of the advisory board members to this venture. We are looking for a technical co-founder for this venture. We are looking for someone that has one or more web startup experience and technically very strong)
  
  We have already spoken to couple of VCs and angel investors for funding and they all are very excited about this venture.
