Designer looking for a Programmer for a few jobs

  We are looking to build or "Replicate" an existing p2p that has not been updated since 2004. We want to get a group of Programers together that has a little free time and would like to take on a new project. Each member will communicate by way of the existing p2p and the Website that is now being built. (http://winmxphoenix.webs.com/)
  
  We are aiming to get just a basic working "open source" program underway that has the ability to utilize various plugins and run basic chat features. We would very much like to have a clean and almost exact copy of the program, but some variations are expected.
  
  This program will be free to ALL users and is solely intended to share files that are rightfully owned by the users. Example:. Home movies, User Art, Personal music made by the user. text files of everything from life stories and personal triumphs to tutorials on games and software "not the illegal kind" and walk-thus' for games.
  
  It's main appeal is the ability to create your own chat room and moderate it yourself. There have been incidents of "illegal rooms" that have been dealt with by the winmx community and other outside forces, so it is safe to say that winmx always takes care of it self in it's on respects.
