Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am searching for a developer/co-founder to help start-up a new venture that will focus on creating a unique AI framework which we will initially deploy in various mobile, online, and desktop games. The first release, a virtual creature game for the iPad, will be our proving ground.
  
  My key requirement for a developer is that not only are you flexible in learning new programming languages or techniques, but that you are also a creative problem solver and lateral thinker. What we will be attempting will be difficult, challenging, and groundbreaking. However, I assure you, it is also quite possible and will be very rewarding.
  
  My preference is that you live within reasonable driving distance, but if we've got a good match, I am open to other possibilities.
