Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I'm looking for a programmer/dev person, to help me incorporate my new blog as well as for future projects.
  
  I'm currently a junior web designer. I am decent at XHTML and CSS. I'm a Photoshop, Illustrator master. I'm teaching myself Javascript.
  
  But it seems my vision has surpassed my programming technical abilities and I'm not sure how to implement my blog with my new portfolio site....it's kind of an odd setup [challenging].
  
  Initially I would just like to set up a kind of barter system, I design for you or you program for me, and we could split profits or create a percentage split for every job. Which would eventually develop into a partnership.
  
  I do high quality work and expect the same from you.
  
  Also I don't expect you to help me set up my blog for free [that is unless you're a very nice person], and I'm willing to design just about anything in return and put in equal or more time in my work for you. Seriously. I'll even let you be Art Director [just this once..hehe].
