Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am looking for a long-term partnership with a web developer/designer, for a large project that is a gaming website. I am looking for a developer who has experience with community features: personal blogs/subdomains, instant messaging client, etc. I will need future implementations developed as well. You will be paid 50% equity; My income will be from advertising, merchandising and monthly subscriptions (future project).
