Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  High level skill at a web programming language such as PHP or .Net,Databases, AJAX (optional), and experience implementing micropayments is a plus.

  I'm looking for a programmer to do a large website very rapidly. It's a video delivery site that may need to scale quickly. Requirements include a micropayment system and facebook/twitter integration. I'm looking for a partner programmer who take 10% equity in return. If you're interested, I'll need to see work/code samples. This is a web 2.0 startup with lots of potential and a solid business strategy.
