Programmer looking for a Designer for a few jobs

  I'm a web developer working full time with PHP/MySQL/HTML/CSS/JS and my partner is a LAMP server admin. We're looking for an individual with an eye (or two) for good web design and the ability to create design mock-ups in your preferred image editing tool.
  
  Familiarity in designing for popular CMS systems is a plus. Ability with Flash is good too. You will not have to write HTML or CSS yourself, but a working knowledge of both would be nice.
  
  We will pay you hourly for your work. We have a couple of projects in progress right now, and more will be coming.
  
  It would be cool if you're in the Phoenix area. If you're not, it's not the end of the world. Let's talk.
  
  If you're interested, we'd love to see some samples of your work. They don't have to be live websites, we understand everybody has to start somewhere. We'd love to see what you can do, and how you design it.
