Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am wishing to develop three websites (two which will be ad-supported and the other is a service website) and also develop iphone/itouch apps based on each website.
  
• Additional Info

  I am currently trying to work the business side of things, but my knowledge of web design stopped about 3 years ago. More advanced things blow my mind a bit and I need a more technical person than myself. If I you have the skill set I need I will discuss my website ideas in further detail.
