  I am looking for quick front-end developer to edit a static HTML website. The job involves simply changing the HTML color of the background, menu, header bar from brown to grey. There is no design work involved.
  
  The website is only 6-7 pages, and mostly table based. By my estimate this job can be done within an hour, but you can decide. The site is at hlcemirates.com. I will provide you with the HTML of the site.
