Programmer looking for a Designer for 1 job

  We are needing a fairly basic design for a map-based property listing app that has been nearly fully developed.
  
  What will be needed:
  - an overall design based off of current simple sketches
  - a friendly, usable layout for a commonly-accessed page
  - basic layouts for simpler pages
  - modal box design that integrates tabs (i.e., jQuery UI tabs)
  
  The builk of the CSS and HTML will likely be taken care of on our end so just the design is required at this point.
  
  Please submit a list of projects you've been involved in or a resume detailing the work.
  
  Details and compensation will be discussed only with shortlisted candidates, though we're looking for something around $500.
