Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Hello All,
  
  I am a self employed web developer and designer. I am currently working on a few web projects and I need a designer to join my team.
  
  I am looking to create a long term relationship with a designer and would like him/her to work with me on the first project on a trial basis.
  
  I will not be able to pay at this time. So, the desiger should be a fresher or someone who is looking to gain experience.
  
  I am also willing to provide help and training to someone who is good at arts(or drawing) and ready to learn photoshop and Html.
