Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  We are a small startup hunting for a front end HTML/CSS/jQuery Developer with UI design skills (Rails backend).
  
  Ideally, you:
  
  * Do good, clean design work.
  * Have good cross-browser HTML/CSS/jQuery skills.
  * Are familiar enough with (or willing to learn) Rails to work with our ERB templates.
  * Love tweaking UIs, looking at stats and running a/b tests.
  
  This would start with contract work, and hopefully move into full time if we can find someone that works well with us.
