  I'm based in London, UK and looking to get in touch with a local web developer with an interest in developing recipe / food website. I believe there is great opportunity in simplifiying cooking and grocery shopping via web based applications.
  
  Firstly I would appreciate advice about the initial web development process and the required resources to get a site up and running. Looking for someone who would enjoy imparting all their development / start-up knowledge to me and who has an interest in this field.
