  In need of a web developer with experience on Ruby on Rails/Drupal/PHP.
  
  I've been working on the business side with marketing research, monetization, distribution and strategy. Now I need a developer to help with the actual product. It's similar to a handful of location based startups but with a different approach. With this being said, I'll eventually need and iPhone/Mobile developer for the mobile app. Right now we need to build traction.
