Programmer looking for a Programmer for a few jobs

  PHP (intermediate - advanced), MySQL (intermediate - advanced), XHTML (both 1.0 Transitional and Strict), CSS (2.1), Javascript (jQuery - beginner or intermediate).

  I'm looking for individual programmer who have some skills in PHP, MySQL, XHTML, CSS and Javascript.
  
  Requirements and level of necessary skills:
  - PHP (intermediate !important - advanced)
  - MySQL (intermediate - advanced)
  - XHTML (perfect knowledge of both Transitional and Strict)
  - CSS (2.1, perfect knowledge again)
  - Javascript (It would be great if you'll at least know what the jQuery is)
  
  I will:
  - Co-operate with you on projects so we can do the jobs more quickly, we can get done more projects when working together.
  - Offer you % of my income (on project basis, not monthly)
  - Require you to communicate with me via MSN/Skype. (at least one call/video call will be required for sure).
  
  I'm NOT (!!!) interested:
  - in India/Uzbek/whateverEastCountry guys
  - in time wasters. Please don't waste mine and yours time.
  - in working with companies (company offers will be ignored)
  
  I'm interested:
  - in working with some student or somebody that want to achieve skills and get paid for it
  - in working with reliable programmer (the knowledge is not as important as the ability to find yourself on how to get some stuff done)
  
  I'm also in a hurry because of large number of projects coming to me. So the faster you contact me the better for both you and me.
