Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  We have some killer ideas for some web apps and we're looking for a great programmer with a lot of free time to join our team. We already have a designs, project manager, marketing and PR person, we need a programmer (or more) to handle the coding part.
  
  The right person for this job has to be enthusiastic, good with code, understand proper english, a fast learner and most important has to work quick (not speedy gonzales quick but decent quick) so we can launch the websites asap and start getting some income.
