Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I am in need of a programmer. I can design to my hearts content but I have a project that is beyond my capabilities. I need to do a site similar to http://gsalr.com/garage-sales-dayton-oh.html but it's for a small organization that has a one day garage sale. The software would allow them to place their sales for free. There would then be google mapping capabilites, as well as trip planner that traced the route. Really everything the previous site does. I would do all the graphics part, just need the functionality behind it.
  
  I could provide you with the development site and can setup up a mySQL database if needed. Not sure what this would be programmed in. This site needs to launch by end of this month - March and I'll need time to do the graphics part. If you can do exactly what the site I mentioned did then we have a match.
  
  I know the offer isn't much but this is for a non-profit local organization with limited budget. I am looking to find someone that I could contact with future programming projects so look at this as a way in.
