Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  Our company needs a programmer that can transfer an existing website to a new webhost. This site utilizes osCommerce, phpBB2, and other open-source software that will need to be installed on the new webhost. Most of the software is PHP/MySQL based.
  
  We would also like the programmer to submit a quote to streamline the entire site under a single open-source solution that addresses all of our client's needs.
