Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  We currently need a coder to code our website for us, for no pay but you will be commisioned because we are offering web deisgn and developement that is going to be an option to be billed monthly for maintenance. This will be long-term job and some experience on webdesign is required. Some SEO knowledge is also required. We are thinking of selling services for $350-375(40% of it) but there is still some question, once you get the job, we will figure out the price for it
