Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Right.. i have an idea, the doamin, some of the design already online.
  Now, the concept is for affiliated shopping through my website, but the types of shops which i am trying to tap into are small independant shops which dont have the know how to selling online, further to that, the type of people shopping in these shops are loyal and would love to have this sort of service, which currently no one is providing.
  the project is quite extensive, when i think about it, but it might not be for a very good pregrammer, and I know this is a long shot.. but there is no finance involved unless the website is working and being used. So i am looking for a partnership.. all is negotiable.
  
  The person I am looking for just have to have a love and passion for web programming, and hopefully with both of our enthusiasm we can make some money...
