Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  HTML, CSS, Graphic Design, Silverlight or Flash a plus.

  I am looking for a beginner to intermediate designer to pretty up some existing and future website/services. Someone local would be ideal but, this is not a requirement. Availability and ability to meet deadlines is a must. I also prefer to work with someone who is willing to share their knowledge. I have development experience and knowledge I will be willing to share in both Windows and Unix environments including ASP.Net and PHP. I have and understanding of API integration, XML, Ajax, and Javascript and have worked with template sites when required.
