Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am in need for programmer that is able to fulfill some of my projects. I have lot of projects to get done every month so you should be available to work on it. I would prefer somebody from Uzbekistan/Romania/India because of low budget on first (testing) job. If you are from UK, USA, France or so, you can consider contacting me too, but please note that first project will not be big budgeted. But there is only some small fixes to get done, so it should be work for 3-4 hours, not longer.
  
  I want you to:
  + be reliable and good programmer (intermediate knowledge of PHP, MySQL, advanced knowledge of XHTML/CSS)
  + keep timeframes
  + be good at English
  + be online few hours a day to inform me about a project status (via e-mail, IM (MSN, GTalk, Skype, whatever))
  + be able to start right now :-)
  
  I can offer you:
  + stable income of projects
  + money for each project + bonuses for time and quality
  + ability to contact me whenever you need me to answer some of your questions regarding the project etc.
  + videocall if needed (Skype, MSN, Google Talk etc.)
