Programmer looking for an Entrepreneur for long-term partnership

  The ideal partner will have experience funding an startup and doing all the business-related stuff we programmers don't learn in school.
  
  I have designed and implemented a website for the UK market. For several reasons the website has been delayed indefinitely and I have permission from my partners to do whatever I want with the code, as long as I don't start a company competing directly with them in the UK. So, that leaves me the whole big world as a possible market :)
  
  I'm looking for someone that has experience planning a startup, finding funds, etc.
  
  Basically, I just have a (developed) product and the knowledge acquired in the year and a bit it took to build it. This knowledge includes possible revenue streams, caveats and ways to work around those caveats, what kind of markets could benefit from using the product, and some ideas on how to market the product. Now I need a partner who knows how to make things happen.
