Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  We are looking for a fulltime (flex hours) permanent programmer who has strong skills in Cold Fusion , Delphi and MY SQL. Must be located in the state of Florida and willing to have monthly meetings in Orlando.
  
  This is an opportunity with a very small but established (12 years) company that has very high caliber clients with multi year contracts. There is an opportunity to grow with the company and share in profits and even equity.
  
  The individual must be organized, self motivated and willing to work hours outside of 9 to 5 when required.
