Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  1. Components / modules to add, hack or improve:
  
  a) Create Categories for Mamblog that users can assign to their blogs and post to a Blogs main page.
  
  b) Implement the Group Jive component I have installed. Create a main page for this and connect it to navigation.
  
  c) 2.5. Customize a page for the bookmark component so that we can use it as a user submitted directory and link this page to navigation.
  
  d) Finish customizing a random avatar module to display thumb nails in better resolution. May need GD library. At this time images are just shrunk to distortion.
  
  e) Build an advertising page where users can input contact information.
  
  f) Build a sitemap for the main navigation of the site.
  
  This is everything we need so far. I myself am a joomla developer, but I have no time for this job. I am only looking for quality companies in the US so don't bother submitting if you are new from India. Thanks
  
  After calculating my own hours, the most i want to spend it $1000+ Most of this is simply hacks and there is no real Components Development.
