Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I have a client who wants to build a site that sells baseball equipment and supplies. I would be designing the site and user flows but I would like some help in implementing either osCommerce or Magento and the ecommerce platform.
  
  The sites I have been given as reference are listed below.
  
  It would be helpful if you could provide a general idea of cost for implementing something like this (either rates/hrs or fixed project cost), you experience with either platform, why you use the platform and any examples you've built using said platform.
