Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

• Required Knowledge

  Multimillion dollar site - investors ready - just need phase one done... Either know PHP and MySQL,.net or rubyonrails and their database languages - know XML, and be able to manage a large scale multiphased project including ecommerce where store fronts are provided for customers where they make their own shops - we will use an embedded shopping cart and pay out commission.
  
  We will need to get phase one done asap - with widgets as a mashup if you prefer or from scratch - either way - but I have investors and customers who just need that first phase done in order to launch this multimillion dollar company that took a while to develop the model, get partners arranged and set up the investors and customers.

  Top level web developer/programmer - can be php, .net, rubyonrails - and database program complements, doesn't matter - be a world class top level -
  Have reached the point in your career where you want to take the level of contribution you make as an employee making millions of dollars for your employer, and do it for yourself
  It is your dream come true to have a cashcow revenue generator business model thrown in your lap with the marketing covered - your job is to build and maintain the site, and of course maximize the quality of processes and user experience with your expertise

  You can take a month or two and devote your time to creating the main first part of this site either from customizing widgets, or coding from scratch, your choice, and help to pitch for expansion funding when it is up and going
