Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I need somebody who is familiar with the TYPOlight CMS.
  
  I have an existing site that is built using it, and I need to make some modifications in regards to displays a news listing.
  The job entails:
  
  - List recent 3 news post titles on existing homepage
  - Modify the existing news page (which I created)
  - Make sure RSS feed is working properly
  - *possibly upgrade the site to latest version of TYPOlight
