Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I've built a web application and am on the third version of the prototype. I'm looking for a designer to help improve the look and feel of its interface.

  An ADD-friendly overview:
  
  * Plixa is a web application that helps people build modern looking websites. It's intended to be easy to use and provide a large variety of templates options.
  
  * I'm looking for help styling the interface: four half-page forms and three icons. I'm a programmer, not a designer. If there's something interesting you'd like to try, I'd be up for it.
  
  * (I'm out of town for 10 days starting Tuesday, September 5th. However, I will be back and checking this listing when I get back on Thursday, September 14th.)
  
  * How do I pay you for your work?
  
  - Option 1: This is financed by myself, so there isn't massive funds available. But I'm well aware of the intensity that good design brings to a web application and am certainly willing to dig deep to make this project a success.
  
  - Option 2: Alternately, if you like the prototype and would be interested in a partnership centered around us launching it as a business, I'd love to talk to you about what I've got planned.
  
  - Option 3: Failing that, how about bartering? I could do the programming for your application and you could do the design work for mine.
