  Brief:
  I have some video recorded from a Flip Video camera.
  
  I need the background to be masked out (green screen). The video is shot in front of white seamless background and is from the shoulders up. I don't need the audio eighther.
  
  The finished flash file should have a pre-loader built so that a still image is shown until the video caches for playing.
  
  Once the video gets to the end I would like it to loop and play "forever"
  
  I would like the loop to be as seamless as possible.
  
  Looking for a cost estimate along with turnaround time.
