Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  We're preparing to launch a design contest website similar to 99designs.com . The website is 95% complete, already in beta testing and once it will be officially launched it will undergo constant development (it's built on the cakephp framework).
  
  We're looking for a programmer that has experience with cake and also a little with css (maybe we will require some template changes) - and we're also looking for a partner (should be the same person :-)) We already have the marketing team and also the admin team, we need someone who can handle all the minor (and major) code changes and updates we're planning to implement.
  
  For payment - we're planning to give the programmer 10-20% of the total revenue.
