Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I need a coder that can take my designs which are in Adobe Illustrator, 8-10 pages. And convert them into valid, clean XHTML/CSS sites. Footer and header doesn't change. It's the body/content that will change. On one page you need PayPal Standard to be implemented (If you don't know how to do this I do and can tell you how) and on one page I need images to rotate every few seconds. Hopefully using javascript/something supported cross platform NOT Flash. Let me know if I need to go into more detail.
  
  That is part 1, there is a part 2 but that will come later. I need to get the site up first.
  
  I'm looking to get this project going sooner than later.
