Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  My name is Dave and I have over 12 years of experience in print and web design. For the last 7 years I've run my own business, Ink Stain Design, which mostly focuses on web development.
  
  I've been working with a great programmer over the last few years, but he will soon be leaving me for a start-up. So I'm looking for a new programmer who I can contact on an as-needed basis whenever a project exceeds my basic HTML/CSS abilities.
