Programmer looking for a Programmer for a few jobs

  I need a junior to intermediate level developer to help me with overflow work. All I ask is that you have some web projects under your belt and that you are willing to learn and be trained on stuff you might now know, like Drupal or Wordpress. Bonus points if you know how to theme Wordpress or Drupal, even more bonus points if you done any module developement. This is for a part-time occasional freelance position.
  
  I'm looking for someone who is a good communicator and does good work. Deadlines are important too, they make my clients happy and this in turn makes me happy and this in turn gets you as much work as you want.
